    Key Responsibilities
    • Leadership and Management
      • Oversee the plumbing department, ensuring efficient operations and team development.
      • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to meet performance and professional growth goals.
      • Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for plumbing projects.
    • Plumbing Expertise
      • Perform and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential settings.
      • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
      • Ensure compliance with Ohio state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
    • Customer Service
      • Deliver exceptional service by clearly communicating project timelines, costs, and updates.
      • Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams to provide integrated, customer-focused solutions.
    • Operational Excellence
      • Maintain accurate records of projects, materials, and team performance.
      • Ensure safety and quality standards are met across all projects.

    Qualifications
    • Required: Ohio State Plumbing License.
    • Proven experience in residential plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
    • Leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams or departments.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, safety protocols, and state codes.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
