    Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
    • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels for HVAC parts and supplies.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Track and document inventory movements, including receiving, stocking, and distribution.
    • Work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure materials are readily available for upcoming projects.
    • Coordinate with vendors to manage orders, deliveries, and returns.
    • Utilize inventory management software to update and monitor stock levels.
    • Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
    • Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
    • Manage and order inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels.
    • Order and maintain truck stock for all company vehicles.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
    • Familiarity with HVAC materials, parts, and equipment is preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in inventory software and basic computer applications.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
    • Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
    • Experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred.
