Key Responsibilities:

Execute HVAC installations in residential, multi-family, and commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively with Install and Project Managers to address challenges.
Lead and mentor installation teams, setting an example in workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
Maintain compliance with all company, local, state, and federal codes.
Achieve performance targets, including installation quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Keep installation vehicles clean and organized, ensuring proper inventory management.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on mini-split systems, split systems, and package units.

Qualifications:

Required: EPA Universal Certification or Type 1 & 2 Certification.
Minimum 7 years of HVAC installation experience; leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal HVAC codes and standards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Proven experience working with sheet metal in HVAC installations or repairs.
