    Key Responsibilities
    • Snow Removal:
      • Operate pick-up trucks with plow attachments to clear driveways and residential properties.
      • Ensure snow removal equipment is maintained and ready for operations.
      • Respond promptly to snow events and follow predetermined routes.
    • Landscaping, Mowing, and Hardscaping:
      • Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
      • Install and repair pavers, patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements.
      • Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and construction machinery.
      • Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
    • Maintain clean and safe worksites and adhere to all company safety policies.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

    Qualifications
    • Valid NYS Driver's License (required).
    • Experience in snow plowing or landscaping preferred, but training is available for the right candidates.
    • Ability to operate and maintain small machinery and tools.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
    • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
    • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    These positions are specific to individual divisions, and employees will focus solely on their assigned division. Responsibilities or divisions may shift with seasonal changes, with adjustments made based on the individual's skills and where they fit best.
