Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to support successful project execution.
  • Serve as a liaison between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track project progress and identify areas requiring immediate attention to ensure timelines are met.
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide project updates, resolve issues, and maintain relationships.
  • Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and managing project materials.
  • Assist in the development of detailed project plans and reports.
  • Monitor job site safety compliance and assist in maintaining high safety standards.
  • Participate in training programs to stay current with best practices, including OSHA and safety certifications.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination role within construction or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Certifications such as OSHA, Fall Protection, or Lift training are a plus (training provided if needed).

Work Schedule
  • Full-time position
