Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on various equipment, from light-duty to heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance per OEM guidelines using electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Emergency Assistance: Provide roadside repair support when necessary, coordinating towing as needed.
  • Tool and Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment to ensure reliability.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and perform DOT inspections.
  • Fabrication Tasks: Weld, fabricate, and cut parts as required using arc-welding and flame cutting equipment.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of proven experience in mechanic, especially with diesel engines, gas engines, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair diverse mechanical issues.
  • Welding and fabrication skills are preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not mandatory.
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends and travel may be required.
