    M&W Commercial Flooring, LLC is seeking a motivated and self-starting Field Supervisor / Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibilities include overseeing project execution in the field, conducting inspections, and ensuring that crews follow plans accurately. This role also involves managing on-site materials to ensure project completion. When not on-site, duties will extend to office and warehouse responsibilities, including conducting take-offs, requesting pricing, researching products, and organizing estimates for proposed projects. The Field Supervisor will also assist in the warehouse with loading and unloading deliveries and preparing materials and plans for crews.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Field Supervision: Oversee the implementation of project plans on-site, conducting regular inspections to ensure crews follow plans and standards.
    • Material Management: Track and manage materials on-site to ensure crews have everything needed to complete the project.
    • Office Duties: Conduct take-offs for interior office construction, request pricing, research products for pricing and estimating, and compile estimates for proposed projects.
    • Warehouse Duties: Assist in the warehouse with loading and unloading deliveries, preparing materials for crews, and compiling project plans.
    • Flexible Work Environment: Operate freely within the scope of responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time without micro-management.
    • Professional Conduct: Maintain professional conduct at all times, ensuring punctuality and a full workweek commitment.

    The ideal candidate should possess:
    • Experience in a similar field supervision or warehouse coordination role, preferably within the flooring or construction industry.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with crews, suppliers, and office staff.
    • Proficiency in using relevant software for project management, estimating, and inventory management.
    • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately.
    • A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
