    Job Overview:

    We are hiring a motivated Estimator to support our growing team in preparing bids and project proposals for residential and commercial grading, paving, and concrete projects.     Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for grading, paving, and underground utility projects.
    • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to identify cost factors.
    • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
    • Maintain databases of material costs and historical data for future estimates.
    • Work closely with senior estimators to develop accurate and competitive bids.
    • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather essential project information.

    Qualifications:
    • 1-3 years of experience in construction estimation or related roles.
    • Familiarity with construction estimation software (training provided if needed).
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Basic knowledge of grading, paving, or underground utility construction processes.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
