    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.
    • Install and replace HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
    • Handle ductwork installation and modification as needed.
    • Respond promptly to service calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Accurately document services performed and materials used.
    • Stay updated on industry standards and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

    Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and system diagnostics.
    • Proven experience in HVAC servicing and installations.
    • EPA Certification (required).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a team-focused mindset.
    • Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
    • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check.

    Work Schedule
    • Full-time: Monday to Friday.
