    Who we are:

Located in Columbia, SC, we specialize in high-quality commercial and federal projects, including correctional facilities, airplane hangars, and stadiums. Our focus is on delivering excellence while fostering a supportive and professional work environment.

     
     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Supervising and managing painting crews on commercial and federal job sites.
    • Interpreting blueprints and project specifications to guide teams effectively.
    • Coordinating materials, schedules, and resources to ensure project success.
    • Overseeing all phases of the painting process, from surface prep to finish.
    • Ensuring tools and equipment, including spray machines and lifts, are maintained and operational.
    • Leading by example to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
    • Working at heights, including on lifts, elevated platforms, and boom lifts.
    • Managing travel projects and ensuring timely project completion.

    The ideal candidate should possess:
    • Proven experience as a lead painter or supervisor in commercial projects.
    • Strong understanding of blueprints and project requirements.
    • Ability to work independently without micromanagement.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for work.
    • Valid South Carolina driver's license and Real ID (preferred).
    • Familiarity with OSHA compliance and certifications in lift operation (preferred).
    • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of interior, exterior, and remodeling projects.

    Schedule:
    • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
    • Potential for overtime and flexible scheduling options
    • Opportunity for 4x10 shifts with half-day Fridays

    Work Location:
