    Key Responsibilities:
    • Concrete Lifting & Repair: Assist in geo-technical repair tasks using specialized techniques and equipment.
    • Project Execution: Work on residential, commercial, industrial, and government sites to deliver high-quality results.
    • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Team Collaboration: Support crew members to complete projects on time and within scope.
    • Safety Compliance: Follow company and OSHA safety standards, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.

    Qualifications:
    • Construction Experience: 2+ Years of construction experience is preferred, ability to measure and use power tools safely is required.
    • Work Ethic: A strong commitment to learning and growing in the industry. No prior experience is required; we'll train you!
    • Adaptability: Willingness to travel for projects and embrace varying site conditions.
    • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting, bending, and operating heavy equipment.
    • Safety Awareness: Understanding of or willingness to learn safety practices.
    • Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

    Schedule:
