    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop Sales Strategies: Tailor and execute sales strategies to meet the needs of both residential and commercial markets.
    • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including high-income real estate professionals, general contractors (GCs), and developers.
    • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the countertop and masonry industries.
    • Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for review by company leadership.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Address escalated client concerns or inquiries to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the company President to develop sales budgets and growth plans.
    • Team Engagement: Conduct regular sales meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and updates on strategy execution.
    • Networking and Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

    Qualifications
    • Required:
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for the custom countertop or construction industry.
      • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferred:
      • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
      • Expertise in CRM tools and sales analytics.
      • Knowledge of countertop materials and installation processes.
      • Candidates should be familiar with materials, such as granite, quartz, marble, and other engineered or natural stone surfaces.
    • Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
      • Willingness to travel and work in varying environments.

    Work Schedule
