As a Lead Framer, you will be responsible for leading field crews from the foundation stage through to the final framing, ensuring every project aligns with our commitment to quality craftsmanship and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately interpret and apply architectural and structural drawings and details.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between architectural designs and structural requirements.
  • Lead and manage daily field operations from foundation through framing stages.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills, guiding apprentices and less experienced crew members.
  • Conduct roof cutting and stacking with precision.
  • Perform stair layout and framing, utilizing provided finished floor details, rise, and run information.
  • Maintain clear communication and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate the team.

Core Abilities (Must-Haves):
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans.
  • Expertise in roof cutting and stacking.
  • Skilled in stair layout and framing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team successfully.
  • Ability to manage projects efficiently and with high attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a framer, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices and safety procedures.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license preferred for job site access.

Schedule:
