Job Summary:

Industrial Piping & Welding LLC (IPW) is seeking dedicated and dependable Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Laborer at IPW, you will assist with various tasks related to the installation and maintenance of pipe systems and supports. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company. Candidates should be adaptable and open to occasional travel and overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tasks as directed by supervisors.
Assist in the layout, assembly, installation, and maintenance of pipe systems and pipe supports.
Carry out general construction duties and site clean-up.
Operate basic construction equipment and tools.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (employees are subject to random drug testing).
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation to and from work.
Good attitude and ability to get along with others.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
