This is a hands-on field-based role where you'll install and service glass components across residential, commercial, industrial, and federal projects. From storefronts to shower enclosures, your expertise will shape the look and function of our clients' spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Install glass products including windows, storefronts, mirrors, shower enclosures, and custom solutions at various job sites
• Accurately measure, cut, and handle glass using industry-standard tools and practices
• Prepare, clean, and secure workspaces in accordance with safety and quality guidelines
• Remove and replace outdated or damaged glass fixtures
• Apply sealants, caulking, and finishing materials with attention to appearance and weatherproofing
• Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and in-house team members to ensure timely, successful project completion
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in a clean, organized, and functional state
• Adhere strictly to safety policies and installation standards

Qualifications

• Required:
  • 2+ years of glass installation experience preferred (we'll train you our way)
  • Comfortable reading blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Skilled in using hand/power tools and modern glass installation methods
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and install large glass pieces
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Tech-savvy enough for basic smartphone and app usage
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and punctuality

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Overtime opportunities available
