    Masterpiece Painter is seeking a motivated and client-focused Construction Project Manager - Roofing & Siding to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, guiding them through the process of enhancing their homes with our top-tier roofing and siding services. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every client feels valued and confident in choosing Masterpiece Painter for their home improvement needs.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Oversee roofing and siding projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials while maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • Utilize construction CRM systems to track project progress and client communications.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed and expectations are met.
    • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and informed.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

    What We're Looking For:
    • 2+ years of experience in construction project management (roofing & siding preferred).
    • Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a major plus!
    • Proficiency in construction CRM systems.
    • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and problem-solve efficiently.
