    Pro-Klean Cleaning and Restoration Services Inc., a well-recognized, family-owned insurance restoration contractor, is seeking a skilled Mitigation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with Lead Technicians, Coordinators, Crews, and Estimators to oversee the mitigation process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and clear communication with customers and insurance carriers.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage mitigation projects from initial response through completion.
    • Coordinate with Lead Technicians, Crews, Estimators, and Coordinators to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Maintain strong communication with customers and insurance carriers, ensuring a seamless claims process.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
    • Utilize Xactimate and estimating software to assess damage and prepare accurate job estimates.
    • Work with insurance industry platforms such as Crawford and Alacrity (preferred).
    • Perform on-site inspections to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the mitigation process.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in Mitigation Project Management.
    • Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration industry and claims process.
    • Proficiency in Xactimate and estimating software (2+ years of experience required).
    • Familiarity with Crawford and Alacrity programs is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass a background check conducted by a third party.

    Schedule:
    • Full-time position
    • Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
    • Some on-call availability may be required based on project demands

    Work Location:
    • Connecticut-based position with local travel to job sites as needed.
