    Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

    Salary: First 3 months: Base $35,000 (temporary transition period) + $1,500 per pool sold
    After 3 months:     $2,500 per pool sold + $20,000 bonus at the 40th pool sold per year (tiered structure, with bonuses every 10 pools)

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and guiding them through the pool-building process.

    What You'll Do
    • Lead Generation: Proactively generate your own leads through online research, networking events, and referrals.
    • Sales & Closing: Convert leads into closed deals through site visits, client meetings, and design consultations.
    • Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals and contracts, demonstrating expertise in pool design, materials, and project details.
    • Client Engagement: Introduce clients to West Bay Pools, effectively communicate the value of our services, and build trust.
    • Material & Design Assistance: Help clients make informed decisions on materials, finishes, and features.
    • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships post-sale, ensuring satisfaction throughout the construction process.

    What We Offer
    Compensation & Incentives:
    • First 3 months: Base salary of $35,000 + $1,500 per pool sold
    • After 3 months: Full commission structure: $2,500 per pool sold
    • Annual bonus: $5,000 bonus for every 10 pools sold goal per year.
    • Top performers can earn over $150,000 per year

    What You Need to Succeed
    • NO previous pool or construction-related sales experience required!
    • Proven sales experience (general sales experience preferred)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
    • Willingness to generate your own leads through networking and outreach
    • High level of integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction

    Work Schedule & Location
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday, On Call as Needed
    • Location: Bluffton, SC (Hybrid - Remote work, with local travel required)
