    Location: Based in Spring Hill FL with travel job sites as needed in the Tampa Bay area 

    Job Overview:

    Beyond Backyard Living Creations LLC is looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join our growing hardscape team as Laborers. No prior experience? No problem! If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we will provide hands-on training to develop your skills. From patios and outdoor kitchens to fire pits and retaining walls, we transform backyards into stunning outdoor living spaces.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
    • Carry and transport materials such as pavers, bricks, gravel, and sand
    • Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment under supervision
    • Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and compacting materials
    • Assist skilled crew members in cutting, laying, and setting hardscape materials
    • Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times
    • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
    • Load and unload tools and materials for job sites
    • Travel to job locations as needed (Per Diem available for travel projects)

    Qualifications:
    • No experience required - we are willing to train the right person!
    • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs)
    • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
    • Must have own vehicle to transport to job sites
    • Must be open to occasional travel for projects (Per Diem provided)
