    Hollywood Building Services is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Handyman/Plasterer/Painter to join our team! This role requires expertise in plastering and painting, along with the ability to assist with general maintenance and handyman tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, drywall repair, and finishing, as well as knowledge of basic building repairs.     Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Plastering & Painting:
      • Prepare, mix, and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
      • Smooth and finish surfaces with trowels, floats, and brushes.
      • Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in drywall and plaster.
      • Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
      • Match colors and textures to existing finishes.
    • General Maintenance & Handyman Tasks:
      • Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
      • Assist in drywall installation and patching.
      • Replace damaged tiles, caulking, and other building materials.
      • Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance issues.
      • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    The ideal candidate should possess:
    • Proven experience in plastering and painting, including surface preparation and finishing.
    • Ability to perform general maintenance and handyman tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
    • Familiarity with tools and materials used in plastering, painting, and maintenance.
    • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
