    Job Overview

    Bowers Heating and Cooling Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units in residential and commercial settings. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to high-quality work.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assemble, install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, making necessary repairs or replacements.
    • Install new HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
    • Cut and thread pipe using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe-threading machine.
    • Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members.
    • Follow company and industry safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
    • Complete required paperwork and documentation related to service calls and installations.

    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair.
    • EPA refrigerant certification required.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC system operation, building plans, and working drawings.
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems effectively.
    • Knowledge of job site safety regulations and the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation.
    • Must bring your own basic tools, speciality will be provided.
    • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Must be drug-free at all times.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Work Schedule
