As a Residential Service Electrician, you will diagnose and repair electrical issues, provide in-home estimates, and ensure every project meets the highest safety and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential settings
    • Communicate effectively with customers and the office regarding job details and solutions
    • Ensure all work is completed according to electrical code and safety standards
    • Sell and upsell necessary electrical repairs and upgrades
    • Collect payments from customers before leaving job sites
    • Maintain a professional image through appearance, communication, and customer interactions
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications:
    • Education & Licensing:
      • Education: High school diploma or GED; Journeyperson license required (Maryland), DC and VA licenses preferred or can obtain one in the next 6 months
    • Experience & Skills:
      • Minimum 4 years of experience in residential electrical service
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to close sales on needed electrical services
      • Knowledge of electrical codes and proper installation practices
      • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic communication devices
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Familiarity with the Metro DC/Baltimore area
      • Clean driving record
      • Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
    • Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to electrical work
      • Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts

    Schedule:
    • Full-time position
    • Monday - Friday schedule with rotating on-call shifts
    • Travel to customer locations within the Metro DC/Baltimore area
