    As a Plumbing/Heating Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and system efficiency.     Key Responsibilities
    • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues, including boilers, furnaces, and water heating systems
    • Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and heating systems
    • Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
    • Communicate effectively with customers and provide professional recommendations for system improvements
    • Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
    • Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Plumbing/Heating Service Technician
    • Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing and heating systems
    • Ability to diagnose and repair boilers, furnaces, and water heaters
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
    • Must provide their own basic tools
    • Comfortable working in various environments and weather conditions
    • Must be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to work overtime as needed
