Key Responsibilities

Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in high-end residential homes.
Pull wires, mount electrical boxes, install outlets, and handle basic wiring under supervision.
Carry materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
Work closely with senior electricians to learn trade skills and best practices.
Adhere to company policies, job site regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Apprenticeship registration is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of hand tools and electrical equipment is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Must be a team player with good communication skills.

Work Schedule

Full-time position
Monday - Friday
Occasional overtime based on project needs

Work Location

On-site at high-end residential projects in the DMV and surrounding areas.
