This position requires a motivated individual with a strong mechanical background who can independently install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues efficiently.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system designs.
    • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
    • Document all services performed and maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
    • Stay up to date on industry advancements, safety standards, and best practices.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with at least two years in the field.
    • Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems.
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Valid Massachusetts Refrigeration License (Required).
    • EPA Certification (Required).
    • Valid, clean driver's license (Required).
    • Ability to work on-call, nights, and overtime as needed.

    Schedule:
    • Full-time (Expected 40 hours per week)
    • 8-hour shifts (Monday - Friday)
    • Nights and on-call as needed
