    Key Responsibilities
    • Generate leads and develop new customer relationships through door-to-door marketing, referrals, and networking.
    • Conduct roof inspections, educate homeowners, and provide accurate assessments of roofing conditions.
    • Assist customers with insurance claims for storm damage and advocate for proper coverage.
    • Work closely with our supplementing team to maximize insurance payouts.
    • Manage projects from sales to completion, including site visits during installations.
    • Utilize roofing software and phone apps for inspections, documentation, and customer tracking.
    • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and crews.
    • Adhere to OSHA and fall protection safety standards on job sites.

    Qualifications
    • Experience in sales or roofing preferred, but not required - we will train the right candidate.
    • Self-motivated and driven - this is a commission-based role where your effort directly impacts your income.
    • Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely.
    • Strong communication skills - able to explain technical details in simple terms.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in using smartphone apps for scheduling, inspections, and tracking.
    • Reliable truck or SUV to carry materials as needed.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

    Work Schedule & Location
