    Job Overview:

    CRP Plumbing is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Plumber's Helper to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn from experienced journeyman plumbers and grow in the residential plumbing industry. You will assist with installations, repairs, and replacements of simple household plumbing systems while developing your skills for a long-term career. If you can take direction, work independently when needed, and have a basic knowledge of plumbing tools and installations, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems.
    • Perform simple household plumbing tasks.
    • Take and follow directions accurately to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Use plumbing tools effectively to handle simple installs, repairs, and replacements.
    • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
    • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

    Qualifications:
    • Basic knowledge of plumbing and plumbing tools.
    • Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision and work independently.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
    • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
    • Ability to take direction and follow instructions.
    • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor.
    • Must have basic hand and power tools.
    • Valid driver's license preferred.
