Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including:
- Caterpillar machinery
- Excavators
- Dozers
- Off-road dump trucks
- Cranes
- Tankers
- Front loader trucks
- Backhoes
- Water trucks
Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning filters, greasing, and maintaining cab cleanliness.
Follow strict safety protocols while handling equipment and working on-site.
Work at different company locations (Demo or Landfills) as needed.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Collaborate with team members for smooth workflow and project completion.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and social security card.
Proven 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Must pass a drug, alcohol, and physical test.
Willingness to work alternate weekends if workload requires.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
