Job Overview

StressLess Remodeling is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to oversee marketing efforts across multiple territories, including Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and California. This role requires a creative, strategic, and highly organized individual who excels in content creation, social media marketing, and lead generation while managing a $1.5M-$2M marketing budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production and editing, vendor management, and advertising across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee marketing efforts across AZ, NM, NV, and CA, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate a $1.5M-$2M marketing budget across all territories, optimizing spend for lead generation and branding.
  • Create engaging content, including video shoots, social media posts, magazine ads, and flyers.
  • Shoot and edit videos to be used across digital marketing platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals.
  • Stay ahead of trends by researching and implementing the latest marketing innovations.
  • Manage vendors and content creators, ensuring top-notch deliverables that align with brand standards.
  • Utilize META software and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve marketing ROI.
  • Ensure strong lead management, tracking performance and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Take extreme ownership of marketing initiatives, demonstrating confidence, creativity, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or home remodeling industry.
  • Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and META software.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and oversee the production of marketing materials.
  • Experience in budget management (handling $1.5M-$2M budgets is a plus).
  • Highly organized and time-efficient, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker who understands business objectives and aligns marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Confident, outgoing, and innovative mindset with a willingness to push creative boundaries.
  • Lead generation and branding expertise, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time position
