Beyond Backyard Living Creations LLC is looking for a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Living Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team! In this role, you will work with homeowners to design and sell stunning outdoor hardscape solutions, from custom patios and fire pits to complete backyard transformations. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Meet with potential clients to understand their vision, present design options, and close sales.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-ups.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided inquiries.
Provide accurate estimates and proposals for projects.
Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Participate in sales promotions, contests, and company events.
Travel to project sites as needed, with per diem available for travel projects.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in construction, hardscaping, outdoor living, or a similar field.
Ability to build rapport with clients and guide them through the sales process with confidence.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of outdoor construction or hardscape materials is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to meet with clients.
Must have own vehicle to transport to job sites.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings.
