    Job Overview:

    Pebble Creek is seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to lead our landscaping crews and ensure the highest standards of residential property maintenance. This role requires hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily operations efficiently.     Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
    • Lead and oversee landscape maintenance crews on residential properties.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
    • Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency.
    • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and fertilization.
    • Monitor job progress and report any issues or delays to management.
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Interact professionally with clients to address concerns and provide updates.

    Qualifications:
    • 5 years proven experience in landscaping maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
    • Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and lawn maintenance.
    • Proficiency in operating landscaping tools and machinery.
    • DOT Health Card (required).
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
    • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
