    RB Roofing and Remodeling is looking for ambitious and motivated  In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals with sales experience who want to take their careers to the next level in the residential and commercial roofing and remodeling industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and helping homeowners and businesses improve their properties with top-quality roofing and remodeling services.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels.
    • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess client needs.
    • Provide expert recommendations on roofing and remodeling solutions.
    • Prepare and present project proposals, estimates, and contracts.
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
    • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project success.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices.
    • Participate in company events, promotions, and sales contests.

    Qualifications:
    • Sales experience in a similar field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to self-motivate and work independently while being a team player.
    • Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
