Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC ductwork including sheet metal and flexible ducts.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
Measure, cut, and fabricate duct systems to precise specifications.
Seal and insulate ductwork for maximum efficiency and performance.
Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to complete jobs on time.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot issues in duct systems.
Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

Proven experience as a Duct Mechanic in commercial HVAC projects.
Expertise in sheet metal fabrication, duct installation, and air distribution systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations, fall protection, and lift operation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and install ductwork in various job site conditions.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
