Job Overview

Pellman Electric Associates LLC is seeking a highly motivated Construction Office Admin to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will provide excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with product and service information. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth in our electrical, fire alarm, and sprinkler industry across residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide the best possible service and solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and financial transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls and follow up with technicians and customers.
  • Process orders, quotes, and pricing details efficiently.
  • Assist in managing social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google) for marketing and outreach.
  • Oversee workflow organization, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service strategies.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative within the construction industry .
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • QuickBooks experience is required.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in CRM systems and customer support best practices is a plus.
