    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
    • Manage, train, and mentor a team of marketing representatives.
    • Engage with homeowners to educate them on chimney safety and maintenance while promoting our services.
    • Schedule free chimney inspections and track leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
    • Utilize marketing scripts, customer engagement strategies, and objection-handling techniques.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer transitions.
    • Represent Instant Chimney professionally at events, promotions, and community outreach programs.
    • Maintain accurate marketing data and reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in field marketing, direct sales, or door-to-door marketing.
    • Strong leadership and training skills to develop a high-performing team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to stay motivated and positive in the field.
    • Experience in the home services or residential sales industry is a plus.
    • Ability to work outdoors and adapt to different weather conditions.
    • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and CRM tools is a plus.

    Schedule & Work Location
    • Full-time position.
    • Monday - Saturday, 8-hour shifts
