You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in retail and commercial settings.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
    • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
    • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC regulations and safety standards.
    • Perform system testing and adjust controls for optimal performance.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
    • Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and installations for compliance and reporting.
    • Work independently or as part of a team to complete service requests efficiently.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a commercial HVAC Technician in the retail or commercial sector.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in HVAC systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
    • Knowledge of commercial HVAC codes, standards, and safety regulations.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
    • EPA Certification (preferred).
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in various environments, including rooftops and confined spaces.
