    Job Overview:

    Elevat3 LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep for commercial retail properties. The ideal candidate has experience in various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facility maintenance. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and tackling new challenges, this position is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial retail properties
    • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
    • Conduct drywall repairs, painting, and general carpentry work
    • Install and repair fixtures, hardware, and other building components
    • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
    • Perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs
    • Work with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed
    • Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
    • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or facility upkeep
    • Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
    • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve maintenance issues independently
    • Comfortable using power tools and equipment safely
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
    • Willingness to travel to different retail sites as needed

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in commercial retail maintenance
    • Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus
    • Familiarity with building codes and compliance standards
