Key Responsibilities

Assist with landscape installation, including patios, rock features, grading, and plant installations
Operate skid steers, excavators, and trailers as needed for site preparation and material handling
Perform basic irrigation installation and adjustments
Work with a team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality workmanship
Follow safety protocols and use provided safety equipment
Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and workspaces
Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success
Follow instructions and stay on task throughout the work day

Qualifications

Experience in landscape installation or a similar construction-related field
Ability to operate machinery and tools, including skid steers, excavators, and trailers
Strong understanding of grading, patio construction, rock work, and plant installation
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work well in a team
Willingness to learn and follow company-specific installation methods
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs) are a must

Benefits

Weekly Pay Cycle
Bilingual Pay Incentive:
- An additional $5/hour will be offered to candidates who are fluent in Spanish for the positions of Landscape Crew Leader and Landscape Team Member. While Spanish fluency is not a requirement, it is a valuable skill that would be a bonus to our team.
