    Job Title: Commercial Roofing Technician

    Pay Range: $24-$30 per hour, depending on experience plus bonus.

    Job Overview:
    As a Commercial Roofing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems for a variety of commercial buildings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work with different roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal, ensuring customer satisfaction with every project.

Our team is dedicated to providing superior roofing solutions for commercial properties, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to join our accounting team as an Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist.

     
     

    Key Responsibilities
    • Roof Installations: Install new roofing systems, ensuring quality and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
    • Repairs & Maintenance: Perform inspections and repairs on commercial roofs, identifying and fixing issues such as leaks, damaged flashing, and deteriorating roofing materials.
    • Customer Service: Interact with customers to assess their roofing needs, explain repairs, and provide recommendations.
    • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment, including proper use of fall protection and safety equipment.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, work performed, and materials used on each job.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

    Qualifications
    • Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including installation and repair of various roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, etc.).
    • Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
    • Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and knowledge of safety protocols.
    • Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
    • License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for driving to job sites).
    • Bilingual: This is a plus but not required.
