    Infinite Road Marking is looking for hardworking and motivated Laborers to join our growing team. Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed. As a Laborer, you'll play a key role in road marking operations, ensuring roads, highways, and commercial properties receive high-quality line striping and pavement markings. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that makes a visible impact on infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in pavement marking operations, including line striping, road stenciling, and symbol applications.
    • Operate and maintain equipment such as paint machines, stencils, and safety tools.
    • Prepare job sites by setting up traffic control measures, cones, and barriers.
    • Work closely with the crew to ensure accurate and high-quality pavement markings.
    • Maintain a safe work environment by following company and industry safety guidelines.
    • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling of equipment and supplies.
    • Travel to different job sites, which may occasionally include out-of-town projects.
    • Other duties as assigned to support successful project completion.

    Qualifications:
    • No prior experience required - we provide training!
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed.
    • Valid driver's license is required.

    Schedule:
    • Full-time position
    • Sunday to Thursday with occasional Fridays  (overtime opportunities available)
    • Night shifts and travel may be required
