In this role, you'll operate specialized machinery to apply road markings on highways, streets, and commercial properties, ensuring safety and precision.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate specialized pavement marking equipment to apply roadway lines, symbols, and other traffic markings.
    • Ensure the accurate placement of pavement markings according to project specifications.
    • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment before and after use.
    • Work with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
    • Mobilize to out-of-town job sites with company equipment as needed, including overnight stays (per diem and accommodations provided).
    • Assist with traffic control setup to ensure safe work conditions.
    • Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any equipment issues.

    What You Need to Succeed:
    • Experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a construction or pavement marking environment (preferred but not required).
    • Ability to work nights and travel for projects as needed.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications.
    • A team player mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
    • Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training in pavement marking operations.
    • Basic mechanical knowledge for minor equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Valid driver's license (Required).

    Schedule & Work Location:
    • Full-Time Position
    • Shifts: Night shifts & some travel required for projects
