    Position Title: HVAC Installer

    Key Responsibilities
    • Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork.
    • Set up and test equipment to ensure proper functionality.
    • Fabricate and install ductwork, fittings, and ventilation components.
    • Follow industry standards and safety protocols for all installations.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of HVAC materials, tools, and installation techniques.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client concerns and requests.
    • Ensure all work is completed professionally and efficiently.

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience installing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
    • Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and materials.
    • EPA Certification (required).
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Punctual, reliable, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
    • Must pass a satisfactory background check, drug screen, and reference check.

    Work Schedule
    • Full-time: Monday to Friday.
