    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on multiple commercial job sites
    • Attend job site meetings with general contractors and coordinate project timelines
    • Plan manpower, materials, and equipment needs to ensure efficient job completion
    • Interpret blueprints and specifications for accurate installation
    • Install wiring systems, devices, conduit, paddle fans, and fixtures
    • Request inspections through the Project Manager and walk through with inspectors
    • Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes
    • Perform physically demanding tasks such as ladder work, trench digging, conduit bending, and attic/crawl space installations
    • Maintain strict safety protocols and enforce company policies on job sites

    Qualifications & Requirements
    • Minimum 4 years of experience working for an electrical contractor in commercial buildings.
    • At least 2 years of experience managing jobsite crews
    • Preferred: Valid Journeyman License for Florida counties/municipalities where we work
    • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local codes
    • Proficiency with hand tools, conduit bending, control wiring, and electrical troubleshooting
    • Valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record
    • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to heat, humidity, dust, and insulation
    • Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
