    Key Responsibilities:
    • Landscape Construction & Maintenance:
      • Prepare and install soil, mulch, gravel, brick, and other materials.
      • Perform planting, staking, mulching, and other horticultural tasks.
      • Build and maintain hardscape features, including patios, pathways, and retaining walls.
    • Equipment & Tools:
      • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
      • Perform routine maintenance on trucks, tools, and equipment.
      • Grease and check fluids for machinery as required.
    • Safety & Quality:
      • Follow all safety protocols and wear required safety gear.
      • Uphold company standards for workmanship and quality.
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Work effectively in a team, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
      • Communicate effectively with foremen and team members for smooth project execution.
    • Learning & Growth:
      • Participate in on-the-job training and learn company procedures and standards.
      • Complete necessary field tests and written assessments to advance skills.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or a similar field preferred (training available).
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
    • Basic horticultural skills, including planting and mulching, are a plus.
    • A valid driver's license and insurability required.
    • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

    Schedule:
    • Full-time hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start time.
    • Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs.

    Work Location:
    • On-site throughout Green Bay, WI. Travel to residential, commercial, and federal project locations may be required.
