    As an HVAC Tech 2, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R systems while delivering top-tier customer service to our commercial clients.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and vendors
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and management
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
    • Perform circuit breaker replacements and electrical component repairs
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Accurately complete timesheets, work orders, and documentation
    • Follow company safety protocols and industry best practices
    • Work on-call and overtime as needed to meet customer demands

    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in HVAC service, maintenance, or repair
    • Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC and refrigeration systems
    • Knowledge of circuit breaker replacement and electrical repairs
    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and vendors
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts and overtime

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (Required)
    • Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift 50+ lbs regularly
    • Valid driver's license (Preferred)
    • Comfortable working in various environments and physically demanding conditions with the use of ladders

    Schedule:
    • Full-Time
