    Job Overview

    We are seeking an Estimator (Restoration & Remodeling) who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance adjusting and construction estimating and will play a crucial role in preparing accurate quotes, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and closing deals with homeowners and business clients.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Estimate & Quote Preparation:
      • Utilize Xactimate software to generate detailed and accurate estimates.
      • Assess property damage, restoration needs, and remodeling costs.
      • Ensure quotes align with company standards for materials and labor.
    • Insurance & Adjuster Negotiations:
      • Navigate the insurance claims process and negotiate with adjusters effectively.
      • Advocate for fair claim settlements on behalf of clients.
    • Sales & Client Relations:
      • Present and explain quotes to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
      • Follow up on estimates and close deals through relationship-building and strategic follow-ups.
      • Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
    • Project Handoff & Documentation:
      • Ensure all project details are properly documented and handed off to operations smoothly.
      • Work closely with the operations team to guarantee seamless project execution.
    • Business Development:
      • When leads are slower, leverage sales networking skills to generate new business and maintain a steady pipeline.

    Qualifications
    • Current or former insurance adjuster experience preferred.
    • Expertise in Xactimate software (must have).
    • Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and adjuster negotiations.
    •  Basic to advanced understanding of remodeling, design, and construction.
    • Ability to accurately quote time & materials to company standards.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
    • Excellent communication & documentation abilities.
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Work Schedule and Location
