    Acadiana Landscape Materials LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to oversee residential and commercial landscaping projects. This position requires someone with hands-on landscaping experience who can effectively lead a crew, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality work.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a landscaping crew to complete high-quality residential and commercial projects.
    • Oversee installation and maintenance tasks, including irrigation, drainage, artificial turf, lighting, and more.
    • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
    • Provide clear instructions to crew members, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
    • Maintain and ensure proper use of equipment and tools to keep them in good working condition.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and crew members to address any issues or changes to project plans.
    • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Assist with hands-on work as needed, including planting, grading, mulching, and irrigation.
    • Complete and submit job-related paperwork accurately and on time.

    Qualifications:
    • Two or more years of experience in landscaping or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven leadership ability with experience managing a crew.
    • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
    • Experience operating heavy equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and other machinery (required).
    • Valid driver's license (mandatory).
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans or blueprints (preferred but not required).
    • Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Required: Valid Drivers License with the ability to drive a truck and trailer as needed.
