We are looking for experienced professionals who are ready to tackle complex demolition projects in commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Perform manual and mechanical demolition of structures, including concrete, steel, and wood materials.
Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, saws, grinders, and drills for demolition tasks.
Safely use heavy equipment, including skid steers and mini-excavators (if certified).
Remove debris and maintain clean, organized job sites.
Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
Assist with hazardous material handling (if trained/certified).
Travel to project sites as needed; per diem provided for out-of-town work.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in demolition, construction, or related field.
Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Safety or equipment training certifications (OSHA, fall protection, skid steer, mini excavator & lift operation) are preferred.
Familiarity with commercial and industrial demolition processes.
Experience operating power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
Strong work ethic, teamwork mentality, and attention to detail.
Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
Willingness to travel for projects when needed.
