Key Responsibilities
  • Lead field crews and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee construction sequencing for mechanical water/wastewater projects, pump stations and sewer lift stations.
  • Interpret project documents, plans, and specifications to ensure all requirements are understood and executed.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential project challenges, including schedule conflicts and delays.
  • Enforce and manage safety policies to maintain job site safety and cleanliness.
  • Maintain daily job logs, photos, and project documentation.
  • Ensure project materials and workmanship adhere to quality standards.
  • Develop and manage punch lists and inspection schedules.
  • Build professional relationships with agencies and project stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction field experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater projects.
  • Expertise in construction management and scheduling software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • OSHA-30 certification required.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality control, and scheduling.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
