    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform residential and commercial electrical service, repair, installation, and maintenance.
    • Arrive at work on time and ready to tackle the day.
    • Work independently or with a helper to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
    • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while providing excellent customer service.
    • Keep your work truck organized, stocked, and in good condition.
    • Collaborate with your team and leadership to efficiently complete jobs.
    • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
    • Be open to learning and growing-paid training is provided.
    • Attend a mandatory 2-day training school to learn generator servicing as a requirement.

    Qualifications
    • 6+ years of experience working as a Journeyman Electrician in a Residential and Commercial setting - NO LICENSE REQUIRED.
    • Motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally.
    • Coachable attitude-personality and work ethic are more important than years of experience.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

    Schedule
    • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
